Notice pursuant to Leg. Decree 196/2003 ("Personal data protection code"). In accordance with the commitment and attention that RCS Quotidiani S.p.A. and RCS Digital S.p.A devote to the protection of personal data, we hereby communicate the methods, aims and sphere of the communication and diffusion of your personal data and your rights, in compliance with Art. 13 of Leg. Decree 196/2003. To provide you with the personalised services offered by this Internet website, RCS Quotidiani S.p.A. and RCS Digital S.p.A, jointly responsible for the data processing procedure, are required to process certain personal data, as more thoroughly outlined in the sections related to the services themselves. The personal data that you provide our company will be recorded and conserved on electronic supports protected and treated with adequate security measures, also associating and integrating them with other databases. The data will be processed by RCS Quotidiani S.p.A. and RCS Digital S.p.A exclusively using the methods and procedures necessary to provide you with the services you have requested and, only with your express consent, to carry out statistical analysis, market analysis and to send you commercial information on RCS Quotidiani S.p.A., RCS Digital S.p.A and third-party sponsor products and promotions. The data will not be diffused but may be communicated, for the aforementioned objectives, to companies of the RCS Mediagroup Group, as well as companies that carry out technical or organisational tasks on our behalf that are instrumental to the services required. Furthermore, with your express consent, these data may be supplied to other companies active in the financial, insurance, automobile, mass consumption, humanitarian and charity sectors (you can get the complete list by writing to privacy@rcsdigital.it) for the aforementioned reasons. The provision of data is optional, except for those indicated as obligatory for you to access the services on offer. You have the right to know, at any time, what your data is and how it is being used. You also have the right to update, integrate, rectify or cancel data, request it to be blocked and oppose its processing. We hereby remind you that these rights are foreseen by Art.7 of Leg. Decree 196/2003. The updated list of data processing managers, as referred to in this notice, can be consulted at the registered office of RCS Quotidiani  S.p.A. at 2 Via A.Rizzoli - 20132 Milan or at the RCS Digital registered offices at 21 Via S. Marco - 20121 - Milan; the rights as per Art. 7 of Leg. Decree 196/03 can be exercised by means of specific communication via post, addressed to the same companies, or via electronic mail sent to: privacy@rcsdigital.it. In accordance with laws in force, we would therefore ask you to give your consent to the processing of your data by ticking the “Accept” box. It is implicit that consent only refers to the processing of data not strictly required for the operations and services you requested when registering, as your consent for these activities is not required.
